Do I need to hand in the fitnotes I have collected over the months. I did ask before but I don't think I was understood . The reason I am worrying is because I broke my phone with 2 fitnotes on it

It shouldn't be an issue but if they do ask in future for them for whatever reason your GP should give you a duplicate copy.0
