PIP awarded (new claim)

Morning all,
I've received a text this morning to say that I have been awarded PIP. I was fully prepared to be denied, so this is a huge relief for me.
If I phone the PIP enquiry line, can they tell me what I have been awarded? Or do I just have to wait for the decision letter?

Good news! Yes, they will tell you if you ring them. They will also be able to tell you when to expect any money owed into your bank, if you ask them.

Hi @Hannahmarie1234
I first applied at the end of May (can't remember the exact date off the top of my head). I had my assessment on the 15th of August, and this morning I have received the text saying I have been awarded.0 -
Sorry, 1 more question. Do you receive a copy of the assessors report with your decision letter, or do you have to request this separately if you want it?0

No, it's not automatically sent. You need to ask PIP to send it.
