Hi
I've attached a screenshot below of a message about my pip appeal. Has anyone else received this message and if so can I ask what happened please

Thanks so much for your reply. What can I expect in the letter from Dwp? Is it just like the mandatory reconsideration letter where nothing on my assessment would be changed. Sorry I just don't understand they've already reconsidered in the MR and I don't understand why they are now sending out another letter. Its so time con suming and causes so much anxiety and depression.0

The DWP may likely just say their position remains unchanged, which would be consistent with your MR presumably not changing your award. Please try not to worry, which I appreciate may be hard not to do. These standard replies often don't seem helpful, but are rightly trying to keep you updated with what's happening with your appeal.

DWPs response will be to oppose the appeal but this is normal. If they agreed then you wouldn’t be at this stage now. They will give their reasons why they think you’re not entitled.
You will receive the bundle at some point soon. This will include everything you sent to DWP to support your claim, including the PIP2, the assessment report and their response. You need to make sure you look through everything to make sure it’s all correct and everything is included.0 -
Many thanks for your answer. It makes much more sense now.0
