Went for a drive today
Followed a lovely early Lotus Elise around the country lanes
Kept up with him very well in my Mini; he stuck to speed limits in the villages but perhaps drove outside of the law in the open roads, similar driving style to me
Only stopped following him because he pulled over into a house that I have admired for several years, guessing he lives there
Lucky sod..alright for some

Oh that’s a shame you haven’t been sleeping good, I hate not getting a decent sleep. Hope it gets better soon.

I feel awful. Had horrendous night sleep
I was up multiple times for the toilet my bladder was so bad I lost count after 2 times. Every 5 minutes
I was sweating so bad and breathless
Silly question, could I have sleep apnea?
Hope not0 -
Morning @C_J @Amberpearl I would ask the Dr, if you can get an appointment, may be able to give you something.
I've got b12 injection this morning and probably flu jab. My bloods to test sugars also, can't wait for that result. Plus weigh in.0 -
Morning everyone!
@Amberpearl I agree with Sandy to get checked out by your GP just to be sure!
@Sandy_123 Have fun! 🤪 You have reminded me I need to book my flu jab!0 -
I used to work as a postman. A couple of well known actors lived on my postal round at the time. One of them started his own casting agency, which I joined. The last program I was involved with was a program called The Moorside, which was about the Shannon Matthew's case. Sheriden Smith starred in it.

I was a regular extra in the Channel 4 program Shameless from series 9 onwards. It was great chatting with the cast and made some new friends there. The first project I was involved with was a Channel 4 film called Poppy Shakespeare
