Hi..can you still send support evidence a few days after your phone assessment ?.

Yes you can, at any point, even after sending documents for MR or even sending paperwork for an Appeal. Make sure you put your NI and name in top of all you send, and I would personally put a note and call the centre to make a note for the decision maker that I have sent further evidence to be considered by them.
Last, it would help to say why you didn't have these evidences before, or mentioned it during your assessment (if you didnt).
