Yes you can, at any point, even after sending documents for MR or even sending paperwork for an Appeal. But it has to be in relation to your condition before the assessment, although for your stage, I think (someone to correct me), before the decision is made.

Make sure you put your NI and name in top of all you send, and I would personally put a note and call the centre to make a note for the decision maker that I have sent further evidence to be considered by them.

Last, it would help to say why you didn't have these evidences before, or mentioned it during your assessment (if you didnt).
