As you were found to have LCW then this doesn't mean you're exempt from work related activities. You will only be exempt from this if found to have LCWRA.The appointment is likely to be a work focused interview. You can ask for a telephone appointment as a reasonable adjustment if you're unable to attend in person.0

Yes I no this but they said I don’t have to do work related thing till my health improves so I don’t know what it’s for ?0

You can put a message on your journal to ask what it's for but it's likely to a WFI.

I had similar problems logging in after I changed phone number. Give them call and explain and they can help you get back into your account, maybe there may be more information on your journal somewhere0

Thing is I can’t get on to journal as they haven’t changed my number like I asked them too , is there any other way to sign in without a phone number as it’s weekend x0

I don’t think so, I had to wait until Monday morning and call them first thing with mine. I’d suggest you do that, I know you’ve already told them but if it’s important I’d probably call them again if it was me x0
