I have just separate from my husband I gave him half of u credit now he saying that the jobcentre pay my pup through u credit I have told him that there don't pay my pip though them now he saying that I should give him half of pip so what do I do about it0

@bozone1972 If you're financially separate from your husband and are no longer in a relationship then you ideally shouldn't be claiming as a couple and both have single claims if needs be, are you still living with him?
Also, PIP is completely separate from Universal Credit and is not paid as 'part' of that, it's not the Job Centre that pay either benefit, that would be DWP. If the PIP is yours then quite simply, it's yours and you shouldn't be paying half to your husband.0 -
