After pip review mobility points reduced 10 to 4
Following a Refusal of Mandatory recon I have managed to increase my mobility award from to avoid a tribunal to 12 points.
I was to pursue a tribunal but was called to reinstate my low award of 10 points but the decision maker agreed that I should have the reliability criteria applied.
Strangely my award letter states 12 points 1 - 20 meters should it state something else?
I'm sorry but the tactics used by the dwp are so indiscriminate I'm always thinking there some ulteria motive.
Also I put in a change of circ for universal credit over 16 month ago and still nothing back, I was awarded by tribunal lcw which I also thought was incorrect.
I have spent the last 6 years in what I believe to be right fighting for my injuries sustained from work injury, uncovering some pretty worrying conditions that affect me pretty severely.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Great news. You scored 12 points for the "moving around" part of mobility, so if you have difficulties walking between 1-20 metres then yes that's likely to be correct.Following and planning a journey is for those with mental health, cognitive and sensory impairments. For your UC have you been sending in fit notes? Have you been referred for another work capability assessment and been another UC50 form?0

Yes fit notes don't state all problems so assessment required, dwp being obtuse0
