Hi, I have telephone appointment for WCA, surprised me, as I had PIP face to face and I thought- surely they want to see me struggling:-)My claim is based only on first two questions, as this is where I have problems. Just wondering if anyone else had similar assesement, and what questions were asked?

Hello @Superbetty
Sometimes they are over the phone. You could ask for face to face or even a video assessment if they could facilitate it. If you think that is better to help you convey your situation. Hope it goes well for you!

Oh no, I prefer telephone one! I had face to face for PIP, and although it was really ok, it is quite stressful to think they are watching your every move:-)So no, thanks:-)We will see how it goes, thank you:-)0

Well, I knew it will happen. They supposed to ring me between 9-12, they rang exactly at 12 telling me that obviously they were very busy today, they will try to ring me later this afternoon, or reschedule my assesement.I was waititng for this assesement ages now, the way my treatment is going, I am just waititng for something constantly, and I won't lie, I really, really need this money. So that assesement was at least some hope for money in a near future. No phone call still at 4, I rang them, guy said oh sorry, no chance today, WE WILL SEND YOU A LETTER. A LETTER. Instead of rescheduling straightaway (to be honest I was hoping they would say we couldn't talk to you today, so we will call you tomorrow, I know, funny me), I will have to wait for the letter, and what date can I expect? A month away? This is rhetorical question:-)Well, I must say I am normally very laid back, but I had quite few tears, maybe because his money is so important to me. And I need to wait AGAIN. Sorry for this long comment, but I hope at least some of you will understand where I am coming from. On the other hand, it is my daughter's 14 birthday today, and she had lovely day, we are all still in birthday mood:-)0
