LCWRA due reassement

Hi
I recieved a notification on my UC journal to provide a fit note.
I am currently on LCWRA and was awarded this last August. All though I think after 12 months I am now due a reassesement.
Am I meant to provide a fit note or should I recieve a reassesment first?
I am just a bit confused why I am being asked to provide a fit note.

Hi Caz - your current LCWRA is ongoing until a decision is made on another WCA. You do not need a fit note now or for another WCA.I'd put a note on your journal to say your understanding is that you no longer have to provide fit notes as you have been found to have LCWRA & that this will continue until a new decision is made.0
