    Surgery doing flu jab today I might pop over I have appointment on 26th for it but saves messing about plus I could do with a walk

    Thank you. She has joined scope on Facebook. She’s had crisis team recently.  She thinks it’s pmdd. I’ve no idea if she has but her symptoms do tie with it.  I don’t like to see anyone like that as my marriage made me feel like it. It was only because a fire took me saved up medication that I’m here. I’m in a much better place now , I just couldn’t see a way out then.  My friend helped me leave and for that I’m forever grateful. If I can he get I will x

    The sun keeps coming out then the clouds the weather doesn’t know what to do.
    I think I will go my walk just now incase the rain comes on soon.
