Hi @dafuzz, we don't actually get a lot of questions about ADP due to how relatively new it is and that it's only in Scotland!
I do not have any timescales, but from what I have heard Social Security Scotland who runs ADP has a very large backlog. I've heard people waiting for longer than 3 months for applying for it, or moving to it from PIP!
I'll come back here if I get a good idea and let you know.0 -
Well, I am still waiting for them to even assign it to a case worker. Reported change in may. Moved over to ADP from PIP end of August and still nothing..I thought pip had a long wait but this I think , is so longer, I know this is looked on by some is better than PIP, maybe it is. But it's a long time to.wait. and happy to be corrected if PIP is longer or just as bad time time wise0

@dafuzz Have you contacted them to ask why? It has been a long time waiting for you. I hope it all gets sorted soon!0

Hi Hannah, thanks for your message I talk with them roughly every 2 weeks. All I get told is there is large backlog and they are working hard etc etc. Not.a lot to do other than wait, contacted my MSP for help recently, so maybe that might help0

Hopefully that will!

Well, I received I phone call from complaints last week saying that they would look at this week, had a webcam and they advised a letter sent out on 19th and I know they can't say what it says. So that is good one way or another. Now course it doesn't help ur mind racing with oh is that good or bad , quick decision when they looked at it. Etc I Will try and put my mind at rest but my mind has a habit of overthinking and keeping me awake at night with question like" do penguins have knees" or " how would u give CPR and mouth breaths to a giraffe?" I just need to wait and deal with it whatever it is. Its a decision at least after waiting0

Glad they are looking at it this week and hopefully it isn't too long a wait assuming staff will be off over Christmas. You now have me wondering if Penguins have knees0
