Timelines and risks of upper tribunal?

Hi , I joined due to having a lot of of health impacting my function and my PIP journey has been hell on earth, went to tribunal and was considering upper tribunal.. awarded standard mobility only yet cannot mobilise without pain from disc bulges lumbar plus nerve impingement at C6 . I requested unplanned intervention due to skin issues from severe psoriasis and still waiting for forms in post three weeks later. Had several attendances at A&E in July 23 because of skin abscess groin and excruciating pain. The fact I cannot access a bath to soak in dermatological washes/ emollients has exacerbated everything.
Question: any idea of time lines and if I am risking the low award being removed? I struggle with all daily living tasks personal and domestic tasks
thanks
thanks

Hi @ESTHA, welcome to our community
I'm sorry to hear you've had such a difficult time with PIP.
I do not know of the timelines I'm afraid, but I do know that appeals can have any outcome. You can read more here Appealing a DWP decision | Disability charity Scope UK. I would highly recommend if you are considering an Upper Tribunal that you speak to a benefits adviser first. You can search for ones near you here Turn2Us - AdviceFinder.
Keep us updated, hopefully you end up with a good outcome.
I'll also move this to the PIP section, people there may know more about timelines and outcomes than I do.0 -
