Timelines and risks of upper tribunal?

Hi , I joined due to having a lot of of health impacting my function and my PIP journey has been hell on earth, went to tribunal and was considering upper tribunal.. awarded standard mobility only yet cannot mobilise without pain from disc bulges lumbar plus nerve impingement at C6 . I requested unplanned intervention due to skin issues from severe psoriasis and still waiting for forms in post three weeks later. Had several attendances at A&E in July 23 because of skin abscess groin and excruciating pain. The fact I cannot access a bath to soak in dermatological washes/ emollients has exacerbated everything.
