Do pop call unannounced on with held number ?

    Hi @wendybee, welcome to our community :) How are you doing?

    I have heard of instances where the DWP does sometime call people already on PIP to ask questions, but I'm not sure regarding the number being withheld or not.

    I'll pop this discussion into our PIP category where someone can hopefully know the answer to your question!

    They did ring me on unknown number to just clear up a few questions because I had a paper based assessment

    Ah I missed a call and there was no message either and I am waiting for  review decision and I am sure they said they might call.But as always I can not find the letter, but I am sure they used to tell you a time for any call they were making.Thank you for reply

    @wendybee because it was paper based they called unexpected just to ask a few questions.
