PIP Tribunal win 2023!

Hi everybody, I had my PIP Tribunal on 11th September, via a video link. The panel introduced themselves (the judge, a doctor and a disability expert), and within 5 minutes I was logging off from the call, with a win! The judge told me that I'd provided copious amounts of evidence and the panel didn't need to ask me any questions at all. I just cried with huge amounts of relief. I feel angry that the DWP put me through this when I won my case on the same evidence that the DWP had in the first place. My case was mental health related, and this is clearly the area where the DWP are making big errors with assessments.

Hi @Ludo1981, that's great news!
Well done for getting through it all, it's such a frustrating process and you're so right to feel angry about it.
Hope you're able to relax a little bit now0 -
