FTT Decision Notice - No Signature

I have posted previously advising that I have received SRA from HMCTS and it has brought to light some procedural concerns based on the notes posted to my account. Looks based on the timestamp like my PIP decision was confirmed and posted prior to completion of virtual hearing

However, as an aside could anyone advise whether a decision notice which has neither a judges signature or a clerks stamp is legally enforceable? This relates to the DN which was sent in the post. Seems it is standard practice for the one uploaded to the portal to have no signature, but would have expected one of them to contain a judges signature. I have received SOR, Appeal Refusals at both FTT and UT all of which contain either a hand written signature or a stamp showing judges name in the case of UT

Any help would be appreciated

Hi @DGM1986,  I noticed you had no replies here and I just wanted to check to see if you managed to find any answers elsewhere?

If not, hopefully me giving the post a little bump will make it more noticeable to our regulars who may have missed it before. ;)
