Hey guys. In 2020 i won a tribunal based on medical evidence for pip. I was awarded high rate both. My renewal is due end of oct in a month time. Atm they havent looked at my form cos of backlog. Is it likely i will need to go for a face to face app if im on high rate after a tribunal win? Im anxious as i feel i messed up my form i sent in march

Most people have assessments which are mostly by telephone. Some are face to face or video call. You should expect an assessment because most people have them. There are large backlogs in most areas so you could be waiting a considerable length of time. Your PIP will continue until a new decision is made.1

Hi @Triby5467! Welcome to the Scope Community
I understand that feeling of messing up. I'm going through PIP a second time now after messing up my first time in 2018!
Regarding being unsure about filling in the form correctly in March. You can send a letter to the DWP, with evidence, stating your current circumstances. Citizen's Advice have a section on PIP reviews if reading through it may help calm your anxiety.
I'm also just going to move this into the PIP section1 -
Jimm thanks. Sadly with complex ptsd and extreme anxiety its hard to get my anxiety down lol at the best of times. I rushed form cos of anxiety plus its painful to write so ended up going messy. Etc i dont like putting no change cos i feel it will make it look worse. Luckily my tribunal was over phone after being adjourned and they awarded me high rate going off medical notes

I'm hoping you didn't just put "no change" and included full details of how all your conditions affect you.

Hopefully you get an update soon.
Also @woodbine, I think I've been spending too much time in the work and employment category because at first I read that as "My Occupational Health had her review done by phone last week"1
