I won my tribunal I still not received my back pay and entitlement  and it’s been over 6 weeks now they just keep saying their waiting for a correction order notice from the courts, I phoned the courts they tell me PIP has NOT even sent them an email every week I have been phoning for an update. Has anybody any advice how I can get what I am owed? 3 years I was fighting PIP and in August 2023 I won. I can not get any information out of them , they won’t tell me how much they owe me ? They won’t tell me nothing.

Hi @tee48, I'm really happy to hear you won your tribunal. I'm obviously a lot less happy about your issues getting money.

Do you know exactly what you were awarded by the tribunal? You could potentially try working out how much they owe you based off when you applied and your award.

Otherwise regarding how the DWP and courts communicate I'm afraid I lack knowledge on that. What I will do is I'll move this to our PIP forum where it'll be more visible to people that might have that knowledge!

I just want to update @tee48 that it can take up to 8 weeks from the courts decision for you to finally receive money.

I got this from here. Poppy tends to know quite a bit about PIP so I trust their information that it can take up to 8 weeks. Hopefully not long now!
