It doesn't mean anything other than they had finished with report and returned it. Once it's written there's no reason to hold onto it. Some have texts within a couple of hours after the assessment.

Ok thank you just thought quick from last time I applied still waiting on tribural for the other had to do fresh claim as got blocked archerys in legs and affecting my mobility0

The last time your report may have been in audit, which can delay it being returned.Did you get some expert advice before reapplying? Doing this while waiting for a Tribunal isn't always the best idea. Any new decision made on this new claim will overrule the Tribunal decision. This means if the worst happens you'll need to start the process all over again for this claim, meaning request the MR and then Tribunal. If the Tribunal decision goes in your favour then you will have what's known as a "closed period" it means that the Tribunal decision will only apply from the date of your first application until the date of your 2nd application.0

I'm new to all this always worked so don't really know anything about benefits sorry0

Hello @traceyd73
Don't be sorry. The benefits system is a minefield. The text is pretty standard, I've seen a lot of members get the same one after their assessment. How do you feel your assessment went?0 -
Not sure was very breathless when answer phone she said u sound breathless is this way u are most time said yes morning worse if I get up and got quiet upset as I always do speaking ppl I don't know0

So had text this morning saying I've been awarded pip final so what will happen with the 1 that's in tribural does anyone know pls1
-
That's great news. For the Tribunal, if a decision goes in your favour then you will only be owed money up until the day before you applied for PIP this time. This is because this new decision overrules the Tribunal decision. You can ring PIP to ask what you've been awarded and when to expect the money that's owed into your bank and they will tell you. Money will be owed from the date when you rang to start this claim. You will also need to tell HMCTS that you reapplied for PIP and just been awarded.0

Ok thank you for all the help I shall ring today thought was quick as assessment was only last Tuesday x0

Congrats on being awarded!
So glad for you!
