I have done madororty consideration on 19th sep when am I most likely to hear back from them and am I likely to get it my last score was 4 mobility and 2 daily living thay have it all wrong I have sent as much info off as possible just scared as im struggling badly was told by doctors to claim this and my mental health nurse

MR decision timescales are up to 12 weeks. The most likely outcome of the MR for PIP is the decision won't change as only about 23% of them do. However, we have had some members that have been in that 23% so you never know.

If it does come to a tribunal there's nothing to worry about. It will likely be done by phone/video call when you're at home, & you can have someone there with you to support you. The success rate if you do a tribunal this way, is currently 68%.

Oh great I didn't know that yes cause its doen as im not good with places I hope it does that be so much better I can get my worker to surport me this is really good to.know thank u so much x1

For Tribunal you ask just request a telephone hearing and there will be no issues with them agreeing to that.

No ive had call today she said she ive got moblity ill recive letter 5 to 10 days but not sure what I got on daily living just wouldering how long it takes to get paid and back pay0

I'm assuming this is related to this thread https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/111377/phone-call#latest if there's an award then money is usually in your bank 3-5 working days after payment was made. Decision letter is usually received after that.
