I feel lucky to have access to a few different streaming services. It means there is always something to watch. With Halloween coming up and the nights getting darker. Movie nights are the perfect go to.
I wanted to share my Top 10 favourite Halloween movies. Some are horror, some are more family friendly and the rest are more murder mystery. I hope that you share yours too 😊
- Hocus Pocus (Disney+)
- Halloweentown (Disney+)
- The Addams Family (Paramount+)
- We Have A Ghost (Netflix)
- Halloween Kills (Netflix)
- Coco (Disney+)
- Coraline (ITVX)
- The Exorcist (BBC iPlayer)
- The Black Cauldron (Disney+)
- Clue (Paramount+)
Do any of these movies make your Top Ten?

I am not a big film watcher, I probably watch one a year, so I can't even name 10 let alone give my favourite 10, but a few films I liked that are maybe suitable for halloween...
Hostel 1/2/3
House of 1000 Corpses / 3 From Hell
I wouldn't watch it again but in a weird way I also liked The Human Centipede 3 because the bad guy was really well played. I always sympathise with the baddies in films and can understand why they do what they do, but this film is a one off in that I found absolutely nothing I liked about the main bad guy, he literally had no redeeming features, which I thought was a credit to the writers and actor.0 -
@66mustang Ooo I like the Hostel films as well. They may have to make my watch list this month!
@Beaver79 Beetlejuice is also a favourite. I was gutted I couldn't find it on any streaming services this year. I suspect one of the TV movie channels may show it this month!2 -
Speaking of Halloween films, the new Haunted Mansion has been released on Disney+ today if you are interested!0

I went to see The Haunted Mansion at the cinema. Also I saw A Haunting In Venice.0

The HellRaiser films,
classic Texas Chainsaw Massacre (chainsaws really don't hurt until you know you've done it)
Salem's Lot series with David Soul
Really enjoyed the Addams Family spin off Wednesday, great producing0 -
I really wanted to see A Haunting in Venice but could never get a good time to meet with my friend to see it. Will wait for streaming services now. I read the book Hallowe'en Party, that it was based on.0

Scream (1996 version)
Death becomes her
Orphan
Rocky horror picture show
Psycho (1960)0 -
@WelshBlue I didn't see your comment yesterday, apologies! I loved the Wednesday series too. I'm excited for the second series.
@THE_DUDE Oooo some great choices. The Rocky Horror Picture Show is another favourite. Can't beat Tim Curry0
