I’ve just been on the phone for an hour trying to get through citizens advice no avail are there any benefits advice people that can advise please basically my condition limits the movement of my head, and my hands, and my head is constantly wanting to turn to the right, so I’m using my hand a lot of the time to try to keep. My head straight0 -

There’s no benefits entitlement based purely on a diagnosis.Unless you live in Scotland you can look at claiming PIP. It’s a disability benefit that isn’t means tested so other income and savings do not affect the amount you maybe entitled to.Whether there’s any entitlement will depend on how your conditions affect you against the 12 PIP descriptors. See links. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/Global/Migrated_Documents/adviceguide/pip-9-table-of-activities-descriptors-and-points.pdf
For any other benefits then it will depend on your circumstances. Impossible to give any advice without any information. You can use a benefits calculator to check entitlement to Universal Credit. If you live a partner you need to claim as a couple. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/benefits-calculator0
