Hi everyone, hope your all well.
My PIP was rejected twice. I'm now going to tribunal 20th October, would anyone advise attending or ask for it on the phone.
I have a few health conditions, physically and mentally.
One commented on my request, that I could coherently tell them my medication, which I had help to write it all down.
I still go to work but reduced my hours to part time as I feel that's as much as I can cope with. I like my job and it gives me some independence,  which I manage with great
 nieghbours, friends and Family.
I really would appreciate any advice and comments.
Many thanks folks
Jeanette

The stats for Tribunal success rates are the same whether you appear in person or request a telephone hearing so it will make no difference what you choose.

Hi @Jay777, sorry to hear it's been a long journey so far on getting your PIP. As poppy mentions there's little difference in outcomes between in-person and telephone attendance. The important thing is the tribunal hears your story, your experience, how you are affected.

Citizen's Advice has a good informational page on how the tribunal hearing goes, what you should remember to say and other good tips.
