Walk in shower not working for disabled wife.

Hi we have had a wet room installed a couple of years ago and have had nothing but trouble with it.

2 days ago it stopped pumping water out and the bathroom floor gets flooded thus rendering it impossible for my with to shower, she is registered disabled with osteoarthritis and other health issues.

Our housing association has sent a guy out who was obviously on drugs and totally useless.

The housing association refuse to decant us to a hotel (which they did for 3 weeks the last time this happened) but are refusing to do this now and haven't given us any indication of when the repairs will be carried out.

We have a 6 year old daughter and I'm having an operation soon and need to shower in the special shower gel for 5 days before my op. My wife also is suffering from heavy bleeding due to polysystic overies.

Please can someone advise if this is legal to be left in this situation.
