Hi all , has anyone had a positive mandatory reconsideration, would like to hear your story .

I can only think of a few here because the success rate is very low, they are few and far between. Much higher success rate at Tribunal stage, providing you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing.

hey @WB21, I have heard of successful MRs, but as Poppy mentions the rate is very low. The DWP does not often change it's initial decision itself, however tribunals are much more successful.
