I think I’m having a bad day. I’m off work and in my own head, todays topic is my pip claim.
im 2yrs 4mths into my pip claim, my tribunal was adjourned straight away.

I have severe telephonophobia, so this was one of the reasons my telephone appeal was adjourned. The judge didn’t understand how I did an assessment with the dwp.. this is what is playing on my mind.. was the judge calling me liar or angry at the dwp?
Other reasons were, apparently im a victim of domestic abuse and the panel had to be sure I wasn’t being influenced. The submission was missing a page, I had no support at the appeal.
the court asked for my CAB case worker to be present on the video call. So it’s gone from terrible phonecall a to nightmare video call
I was only one point short of a claim..

Welcome to the community @WhiteRabit. Sorry to hear about your struggles with your tribunal and that it's becoming such a nightmare for you.
It's difficult to know what the judge meant when they said they didn't understand, but perhaps they were just trying to work out the history of your case and what the best way is to work with you.
Is there anything that helps you cope when you're struggling with your phobia? Do you have any friends or family who could be there with you during the call to help support you?0
