I wondered if I could get a loan for £30 to last me until I get my PIP payment as I have no food or gas

Do you receive any other benefits?
In terms of urgent help however, have you had a look at food and fuel help in your area?0 -
Hi @Taylor70, welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear you've run out of money for food and heating. When is your next PIP payment?
For heating/energy, and if you live in a gas connected house, have you contacted your supplier? They often have hardship funds to help customers who are having trouble paying for energy. If you live somewhere not connected to the gas-network and have to buy gas cylinders let us know!
For food, Scope have an advice section about help getting food here: Free food and food banks | Disability charity Scope UK
There are some food banks you can use without a referral, I would also contact your local Citizen's Advice or Local Authority. They can give you a referral to use Trussel Trust food banks.
Let us know how you get on!
I've also moved this to our Cost of Living section just so you know.0
