Stomach cramps .

in Rare, invisible, and undiagnosed conditions
Due to IBD , I get quite bad stomach cramps . I do take meds but it is very uncomfortable.

    Sorry to hear your in the same situation as me @noman . Its terribly uncomfortable isn't it . The worse thing is no one can tell how much it hurts.

    Sorry about your cramps @Strawberry1, it's not nice at all. Do you find hot water bottles or heat packs help?

    Thanks again for your support @Rosie_Scope , I've used the hot water bottle before. Sometimes it depends on how much pain there is . Thank you again much appreciate.

    Once again the stomach cramps have decided they are going to give my some trouble today.  Resting up today nothing special planned so resting up seems a good idea .

    I know how frustrating that can be sometimes. It took a long time for me to accept "my body says no today".  Often I would try to struggle through, but it would only mean I suffered more in the long-run. Rest up @Strawberry1. I hope tomorrow will be a better day!
