Assuming you’re not claiming UC with a partner that already receives this element on your claim then your maximum UC entitlement will increase by £390.06/month.There’s a full 3 month assessment period waiting time and the extra money is paid from the 4th month after you reported your health condition/provided your first fit note. When it’s paid from exactly will depend on the answer to the following questions.
1/ What date exactly did you report your health condition/provide your first fit note?
2/ What dates do your monthly assessment periods cover, or what date do you usually receive your money each month?0 -
Hi @Zoeynkids23, welcome to our online community
How are you doing today?
I hope Poppy has helped with your questions, I can't see what more I can add! Incase you have further LCWRA questions I am just going to move this discussion to our UC category0 -

Thank you for helping with replyThanks. This means your waiting period is July/Aug, Aug/Sept, Sept/Oct... LCWRA element starts from assessment period 21st Oct to 20th November and first payment will be 27th November. This is assuming there were no gaps in your fit notes. No LCWRA element is owed.If you or a partner were receiving earnings from working since you provided your first fit note and you didn't previously have the work allowance then you'll be owed some money from that. It often takes quite a few weeks to pay what maybe owed.0
