Hi all, just wanted to give an update on my pip journey,
Applied (again) in April, phone assessment in July (not great),award notice in August , with 6 points DL and 4 points MB. Sent MR end of August , they sent a text saying they would be looking into it by the 2/11/23. Phone call out of the blue on Monday from Decision Maker, asked me to clarify a couple of things, then asked about hospital, prison stays and if bank details were the same, today got a back payment in bank , and received my MR notice, standard DL for 3 years!!
yay !!!

Congratulations on Winning your MRYou can still appeal if you are not happy with the award. You have 1 month after the MR descision to appeal but you have 13 months after the MR to start an appeal if you have a good reason for starting a late appeal like for example you wanted to seek advice or you have problems with your mental health or disability. You have nothing to lose if you appeal because the Tribunal will contact you if they think you would get a lower award or your award removed by the tribunal allowing you then to cancel your appeal and keep your current award. You can request a telephone appeal or a video appeal if you cannot do a face to face appeal.Hope that helpsNasturtium0
