There is a lot of tension from time to time in the family.  I'm definitely torn between two people on a regular basis . No wonder my mental health suffers .

    Sometimes taking that step back can be what is best for your mental health. Do you have someone to talk to?

    Thank you @Hannah_Scope , well I'm starting a course soon I'm hoping I can figure stuff out through the course.

    Hi @Hannah_Scope , it neroversity , don't if I've spelt it right . I'm joining this group to find out more about Autism etc and maybe get some insight into how to deal with things better . Thank you again for your time.
