Usually once the decision is made it will be uploaded onto your journal. For this reason i'd say this situation isn't normal.

Thanks Poppy, what could the reason be if not on straight away then0

I just looked back at your previous thread and i see that you had your assessment quite sometime ago. I advised you to contact your local MP in that thread, did you do that?

I left it as my work coach said to give it a bit longer, I assumed if they have made a decision like she said that they have at least read it now as she said that she could see the decision is made but doesn't give a reason why0

How much longer does your work coach want you to leave it? It's been 8 months since you had your assessment and still no decision. It's beyond a joke and not acceptable. Please contact your local MP, give them your name and address, tell them exactly what's happened and hopefully they will contact UC on your behalf. Usually this will get them moving.https://www.parliament.uk/get-involved/contact-an-mp-or-lord/contact-your-mp/

I do find it odd that after you mentioned bringing in your MP your work coach asked you to wait. Now has told you something has been done, but you've still no evidence of it 5 days later.0
