Hello I have a enquiry, I have just received my first payment on LCWRA. Assessment period from 30/9/23 to the 29/10/23 .I was wondering how do you know if you are due any back pay do the universal contact you to let you know.

Hello my claim for sick was made in the 3rd of may 2023 universal have said my assesment period was started in 28th June 2023. I usually get my universal credit on the 5th of every month and I have just received my first LCWRA payment with my universal credit payment for the payment date of 5th November 2023. Wasn't sure if I am due any back pay thanks x0
