I’ve just phoned them and gone through all the questions again,so now it’s just a waiting game
I advised not to ring to request it. Please put the request in writing. When you ring to request it how do you know that they’ve taken note of everything you told them?

With all due respect, I don’t understand why you asked for advice if you just do the opposite.

The most likely outcome of the MR will be the decision doesn’t change. You can then proceed to Tribunal.

Hi @tristan100 - this looks like you did your Mandatory Reconsideration over the phone. Again there could be a wait of up to 12 weeks to get a decision on this. If you don't get enough points to get awarded, then you can appeal to a tribunal, where the success rate is much higher being currently 68%. You can start this online, which may be easier for you, but let's keep everything crossed for your Mandatory Reconsideration for now.

No, PIP and LCWRA are 2 completely different benefits with totally different crtieria. Being awarded one, doesn't automatically entitle you to the other.

Ok so I wouldn’t benefit from telling pip that I’ve been given LCWRA

There is no harm in mentioning it, but it won't help you receive any points/score towards any of the criteria for PIP. You will still need to fully explain how you are affected for every criteria.
