Does any one know if you get Lwcra are you entitiled to cost of living payment or esa .

LCWRA is part of UC. If you were entitled to a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between 18th August and 17th September then you will be entitled to the payment. ESA is a completely different benefit to UC.
