Don't know if anyone remembers the butternut squash from my previous posts. But yes. I am indeed still eating the butternut squash I grew. Tonight it's soup! Only three more squash to go

I can't believe those squash are still going Rosie! I'm a bit sad I didn't accidentally any again this year.

This squash was the size of a large human baby @Sandy_123! My freezer is getting full of the various things I've cooked with it, but I'll keep going! Luckily the remaining squash are a bit smaller and more manageable so I'm going to try and store them over the winter.0
