Posted about issues with British gas ,three times staff have told me I qualify for warm home discount, but seems it goes on house energy efficiency rating also again this year, all three members of staff new nothing about this and told me I'd be getting full warm home discount, good job I checked myself online else if of expected that money on bill , so angry have rang and complained to bg but. Even that was hard work!


Hope they don't continue to misinform people,

    They are informed by the Government if you're entitled to it. I'm with Octopus and they emailed me yesterday saying i was entitled to it and it would be paid onto my energy account. This was already done when i checked my account.

    Although they lowered the threshold for the size of your home this year there's still less chance of being entitled it you live in a flat.
