Hello everyone, Today I received a message saying I had been awarded P.IP. I am now waiting for a letter of confirmation. I do not feel anything much, I know I did not convey my illness properly in the telephone quiz! I do not think I will get enhanced rate,so I still will not be able to pay anyone for the help I need. After reading about other people I feel vile and ungrateful. Sorry! What an introduction! xx

I don’t think you can predict anything until you know what that decision is. You can ring them to ask or just wait for the letter, which can be anything up to 2 weeks to arrive.1

Hello @Echo25
Congratulations on being awarded PIP. It's such a difficult process and I bet it does feel a relief, did you call them and ask?0 -

Thanks, that's very kind of you. Once you know what that decision is if you're not happy and think it's possible to score more points for a higher award then you can challenge that decision by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)
