My Daughter has CP - School difficulties

Hi, i would like to introduce myself, my Name is Lynsey and i have a 9 year old daughter with CP since birth. Im struggling in getting any type of support in my local area, She is falling behind in school she isn't up to the expected age related expectations, i'm trying to get something in place for her but im at dead ends, anyone experiencing the same?

    Thank you for reaching out. I have three children myself and all at different stages of their school journey and all with very different support needs. Along the way I've not only felt a great deal of frustration, but spoken to many other parents who share in that frustration and those feelings of being stuck in a dead end or can relate to what feels like a continuous battle to get support.

    Is your daughter in a mainstream school at the moment and has the school SENCO been involved with her at all?
