Child benefit online application

How do you apply for CB online? I pressed start now at the online application and it still made me print and send forms.. does this mean I have not applied online?

yeah I get that, my question is if I’ve completed it online and had to print and send does that count as an online application or post? The forms were filled out by their online system I just had to sign it0

Hi @JamieT123, sorry to hear that it's all been a bit confusing!
Did you sign in with your government gateway account? If not, this will be why it's asking you to print things out. You can only fully do it online if you sign in first.0 -
I have no idea what reason but online applications work for some but not for others.0
