Lost my PIP award/assessment letter, help please?

Hello, I have memory issues so please be patient. Many years ago(can’t remember the number but within ten) I got enhanced pip on both for a period of ten years, I’ve moved house last year and somehow the letter got lost. I had a paper based review of any change in circumstances during covid and my award continues but nowhere on the yearly entitlement letters tells me how long for. My anxiety has gone into overdrive panicking that I won’t get all my support letters ready in time because of this.
please is there a number or somewhere online I can check? I feel so dumb and don’t know if I’ve even explained it right. My PA has been off sick for three weeks and I’m making do with my carrrs but they don’t do the admin stuff. 😩

You can't check online. You will need to ring PIP. You ask ask them when your PIP award is due to end and then ask them to send you a copy of the award letter.

    Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

    Telephone: 0800 121 4433
    Textphone: 0800 121 4493
Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433
British Sign Language (BSL) video relay service if you’re on a computer - find out how to use the service on mobile or tablet
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

I received copies of my PIP award. One of them (in 2019) informed me that I have an 'ongoing' award and not 10 years as I incorrectly thought. I presume this still means 10 years?
