LCWRA BACKDATE

just looking on some advice if I should get back pay and what date I will be paid. 
First sicknote 29th December 2022
last sicknote was 30th June 2023
I was told I didn’t need to provide anymore after this date and I was awarded LCW on the 8th July
my assessment dates are 18th to 19th. 
I was awarded LCW in June but appealed and went to tribunal and won my case on the 16th November

    What date do you usually receive your payment each month?

    25th of month

    That means your waiting period will be Jan/Feb, Feb/March, March/April... LCWRA starts from 19th April to 18th May and first payment wil be 25th May.

    It can take anything up to 8 weeks after a Tribunal win to put your award into payment and pay what is owed to you. 

    Before they can pay what is owed they will need to recalculate your past statements to work out how much you've already been paid, against what you should have been paid. You will then receive the difference between the 2. Once this is done you'll receive a letter on your journal telling you how much is owed and it will be paid into your bank.
