How long does a PIP recording take to be sent to me, please?

Hi all,

I had my PIP assessment (a telephone one) on Monday but I’ve not received the recording she said I’d be sent and I can’t remember how long she said it would take. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the link for me to download the recording, please?

    Hi there @FluffyCatMeow how're you today?

    I'm afraid it can take a while for things to happen with the DWP, but I've not had to deal with recordings before, sorry. But if it's not with you after a week, I'd suggest calling to try and chase it up.
