Hi I'm looking for advice and help I've had an accident last may shattered my knee cap into 7 pieces used a no win no fee solicitors and they took me on. Did explain I was already disabled didn't hide anything at all they've just closed my claim and I feel discriminated against because I've got disabilities and feel they just couldn't be bothered fighting for my rights as a person I can't afford to carry it on as that's why went with no win no fee!!! The other side wouldn't accept liability!!!!
Kind regards
Rachel

Hello @RachelRodgers70
Welcome to the community! I am so sorry to hear about the accident. How are you keeping since? Can I ask, have you reached out to Citizen's Advice? I'm thinking they may be able to help point you in the right direction with legal support1 -
Hi @Hannah_Scope that was my next thought I'm just at a loss now with it all I can't afford to pat for one and I had 5 operations had a massive infection in my knee could've lost my leg last July!!!! Been told of my knee cap goes again they can't do anything more as had 3 fixings in all at once one 4th operation as first 2 due too spasms pulled apart I feel if I was able bodied I'd have got thousands but cos I've got cerebral palsy partially sighted and other health issues I feel I was blamed because of these disabilities x0
