    Im struggling with pain in my knee I really enjoy my walks but suffer after it. 🤦‍♀️
    Im just going to take my painkillers and take it easy.

    I hope all is well with you all.   I'm sorry I haven't been around for a few days but things have been difficult and I have been in a lot of pain and struggling to do basic things including am finding it harder and hardervto do my job.
