I'm sorry but my head is still confused here. First you say you weren't awarded any points and then mention that you were awarded points by an assessor for your "other therapy." The assessor doesn't award points, they may recommendations only. The only person that can award points is a decision maker. Did you actually score any points for this activitiy?I'm still not convinced that warm water therapy in a bath would replace hydrotherapy. You keep mentioning getting into the bath" but this isn't considered in this activity. This would be the washing/bathing activity.In your first comment you said this..
Did you fully check through your evidence before you sent it? Before a decision maker makes their decision they are supposed to look through everything, including the form you filled in, any extra evidence you sent as well as the assessment report. Yes, they mostly go with the report but it has been known for them to go against it, especially if there's contradictions in the evidence you sent.scape1960 said:First sentence in the letter said DM had changed the descriptors chosen by assessor based on medical evidence received.1
