DWP will send HMCTS everything and you will receive a copy of all of it in what's know as the "bundle."You can also request and submit it online rather than print off and send the form. https://www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appealAlthough you say you told them either in the PIP2 form or during the phone call, did you go into enough of details? Was it relevant information you sent them? Telling them your life story isn't helpful, less is very often more.

poppy123456 said:I noticed from a previous thread that you’re at MR stage and not Tribunal. When you filled out the form or requested the MR did you give a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you?I see you are focusing on 1 descriptor only. I don’t understand the reason for this because if it’s possible to score more points and you can score at least 12 points then this would be Enhanced award. In my opinion you should focus on all of the descriptors you think apply to you.Daily living and mobility points are added separately.poppy123456 said:You’re not at Tribunal stage at the moment. If you do get to that stage then yes it’s fine to do that. What ever happens you shouldn’t just put everything into the one descriptor. If you reach that stage you may as well put all the effort into it.0

You will need to post it to them. However, even though the letter says you have 4 weeks to send them any extra evidence, it doesn’t mean they will wait for those 4 weeks. A decision can be made at anytime.0

Sorry to jump on your post I have a question if anyone could answer, what happens if the dwp don’t respond to the tribunal by the date set? Do they get another 5 weeks to respond and so on0

Hi @busyMum16 - it does sometimes happen that the DWP don't respond in this time frame. They are then given extra time in which to do so. They do usually eventually respond, but, if they don't, a claimant's tribunal will proceed as normal.
