    Hey @Luna23 I had a similar experience but it stems from covid. Long story short I refused to go the job centre and asked for reasonable adjustments. Until now I have always had a call. The trouble is you always have a different work coach and they NEVER look at your records. Also please be aware that the DO NOT RECORD CALLS. I have one now who insists on my attendance... I will refuse... I do not submit to bullies. Good luck and stand your ground no matter how hard p.s. it always helps to mention the laws they are contravening , DWP customer charter, the Equality and Human Rights Commission - statutory code of practice, the CAB and Th Equlity Act 2010 x

    Yes there has to be a better way to do reasonable adjustments than their current system. It shouldn't be down to a work coach's discretion whether to follow the DWP's rules or the law or not, but it does seem to be how it is for some of us.
