Tribunal waiting time

Yeah it's been a major waiting game, apparently I'm ready to list and at the top of the waiting list for my date but still waiting to hear, hoping its in January 35 weeks of being scared for a bad outcome etc it doesn't help mentally at all, hope yours goes a bit faster!

 My last PIP journey lasted 18 months in total, from application to tribunal, but that was 3 years ago now and it'll vary with which area you live in. Hopefully they won't keep you waiting much longer and please remember the chances of a good outcome with tribunals are around 60% now.

Yeah I've been told I've got a strong case by my advocate, pip will just finally allow more independence, been waiting over 35 weeks I'm total from the first assesmnt to the appeal then now the tribunal, its terrible ain't it! Just hope to hear things soon, like currently I'm looking into supported caring so it'll all come together, will also help with driving lessons etc, but we shall see apparently my tribunal is ready to list and its just the date now 🙄😅

The tribunal waiting time is not nice but try to look in the positive side.
At least we still have the tribunal to decide what is fair so you will probably get what is due to you because the tribunal will not tell lies and totally ignore the regulations and rules like the dwp do.
It's not fair that people have to go through the long wait for the tribunal but it's a lot better than having to stick with the dwp decision which is often wrong.

Yeah I had my report back after the assessment that said my parents gave me lifts even though they can't drive in reality my mum is my actual carer now and she walks with me everywhere, at least if I get a good decision you get backpayed it's just the anxious waiting

I don't know how the dwp and the assessment providers are allowed to get away with telling blatant lies all the time.
If claimants put false information in the claim there would be consequences especially in official tribunal documents.
The system is being manipulated by the civil servants more than it is manipulated by claimants.
It's wrong that it goes on and on 

Yeah very wrong, I just want the help yo stabilise my life, I'm not lying when I say how troubling things can be, and it's takes a lot of mental courage to tell anyone how much you struggle
