I am secure tenant, Last year they checked my home and they happy. I am registered again for transferring because my son is AUTISTIC and this place is not safe for him . I am currently band 2 and I am coming position 15 to 30 . Today I got letter home check again so my question is .Are they offering me something or its random check. Because I am so much struggling in this property

I haven't heard of them doing house checks because of a home being offered but it could be.
Some HAs also do annual inspections and there's also the possibility they are assessing that band 2 is correct and that it shouldn't be higher or lower.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to know for sure, so as @woodbine suggests, your best option would be to contact them and ask. Please let us know how you get on.1 -
